This one seems to be the only souvenir currently available of  what
was an amazing tour, and a sublime collaboration of minds.

Unfortunately this 1st edition seems bereft of any cover details ,
that's likely to cause some sparks !

but then as this was recorded on

Friday the 13th of December 2002

I suppose , anything goes  !
